Hope Gambill joined NCSSM in September 2023 as a Residential Education Instructor on our Durham campus. She earned her bachelor's degree in political science and philosophy with a minor in conflict management at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Through college, Hope worked as a resident advisor for first-year Tar Heels where she helped create a welcoming environment for all, planned community events, and supported the community government. Before joining NCSSM, she also has experience as a legal assistant, barista, and teacher assistant. Hope also  works with a non-profit focused on providing resources to justice-involved youth. When she isn't working, she enjoys listening to music, traveling, trying new things, and spending time with her friends, family, and pets- especially her (& Third Bryan's) cat, Frannie!
